Ghana Libyan-Arab Holding Company Limited (GLAHCO) has acquired offices, residential apartments and bungalows at Labone and Asylum Down as well as constructed six (6) executive residential houses on the 1st Circular Road in Cantonments.

In 2012, GLAHCO developed a 2,700m2 shopping mall on the Cantonments Road in Osu (known as the GLAHCO Oxford Street Mall) which houses international departmental stores, game shops, and local shops, business and communications entities.

The company has since 2009 developed a 6,458m2 Bonded Warehousing facility within the Tema Heavy Industrial enclave in Tema. The development is made up of five equal warehousing bays complete with offices, ancillary rooms for loading staff and a huge parking facility is one of the premium and most secured warehouses in the Tema area.
