GLAHCO Hotels and Tourism Development Company Ltd (GHTDCO), established in 1992, focuses on hotel and tourism development. It owns the Lancaster Hotel in Accra, a four-star deluxe hotel with 234 air-conditioned guestrooms, including suites, executive apartments, and chalets. The company has received numerous awards for its first-class service, including 'Hotel of the Year' (1996) and several others from 1997 to 2013. GHTDCO also owns the Lancaster Kumasi City, a four-star hotel with 186 rooms, refurbished from the former City Hotel in Kumasi, offering luxurious accommodations and international-standard dining options.

GLAHCO Hotels and Tourism Development Company intends to expand its hospitality business into other locations such as the ongoing hotel development on the Oxford Street of Osu in Accra.
